New to losing weigh

Hi all, my name is Sian, i am new to this site not properly looked at it when i started using the apps of the exercise counting or food part, i can only really get on with the exercise as i dont count the calaories in my food, i have not really been one to be bothered about losing weight as i used to do martial arts but that all came to a head when i had a car crash 6 years ago and just gradually started pilling on the weight it is now that i am wanting to lose weight i get the encouragement of my boyfriend but thats not really enough as he is already skinny.
