Biggest thing is how much extra skin I have hanging everywhere except my hips and legs. I lost 15 inches from my hips and 7 inches from each thigh.
I started at 244 and and now 148. Oh...I am 64.
No picture until I hit 100 pounds!

In my experience, walking does not really change your body all that much, but is a great start to move on to more challenging exercises that will.
