I've never been much of a runner, but today I woke up and decided I wanted to run a mile without stopping. Yes I went REALLY slow. It took me 15 minutes, which I know is terrible. But I still feel great about it because I actually did it without stopping, that in itself is a huge accomplishment for me. I always thought I hated running, but I really didn't mind it at all. If I can do it, you can do it!
