Hey all!❤️

My name is Erica! I've been using mfp for years now off and on. I lose motivation from depression and just drop off face of planet. I want to lose 60 pounds but.... Weight isn't everything and true goal is down to a size 8.

So a bit about me... 29, engaged, mother of 2 boys, 3 fur babies, a fish, and 40 plants. Work full time and unfortunately not a lot of time (or space) to move around there plus long commute, hardest part for me is working out as it feels like I have no energy by the time I am home. I am bipolar 2, so adding that to the mix it's a mess. Hah!

I'm feeling more confident than ever to actually make this work this time (especially now that the holidays are over). So here's to 2021 being the greatest year, MY year!

Hi Erica ... may I suggest focusing on one thing at a time (example diet..) getting that down and moving on to the next thing .... Wishing you much success ....Feel free to add me if you would like a cheerleader while you are on your journey :)

Wow! You've got a lot on your plate! What's a small change you can make that won't cause too much more stress? Maybe cutting out one caloric drink per day, or committing to a 10 minute walk? Once you've mastered that change, then you could start adding in another one. Slow and steady wins this race.
