That was done for you based on your rate of weight loss you posted in your last thread (crossfit & calories).
It's going to be more useful than starting again from scratch using this site or a TDEE calculator as it adjusts for your food and exercise logging inaccuracy.

As @sijomial says, MFP will do all the calculations for you.

On the web version you just need to go into the Goals sections and choose View Guided Set-Up

On the app you go into Goals and update your details in the relevant sections.

This is an explanation of how it calculates the goals:

Find a TDEE calculator online - input the information. You can use your actual activity level...or I think it's simpler to just put 'sedentary' (this is bc I have a desk job and am mostly sedentary in my life other than my workouts).

That will give you (an estimate of) your calories per day -without any additional intentional exercise (if you have a job that requires you to be active then you should probably choose an activity level that accurately represents that).

If you want to lose weight --- set a calorie goal that is more than your BMR and less than your TDEE. Achieve that calorie goal (net) through tracking what you eat and/or exercising (tracking the calories burned - MFP can be correct or wildly inaccurate).
