Back on MFP for success in 2021!!

Hi all! I have reactivated my account after several years (and a few additional lbs!). I work out regularly 5-6 times a week however still struggle with my weight. I know I am eating too many calories and I am committed to making serious changes toward a healthy lifestyle!

I have started 16:8 intermittent fasting and will use MFP for macro tracking. My goal is to lose 25lbs. Anyone else following a similar program? I would love to connect!
