If you have a fitness tracker that's compatible with MFP (Fitbit, or something of that sort), you can synch it. Otherwise, if the walking is part of your daily life (job, home life), you pick an activity level in your profile that accounts for that much walking. If it's intentional walks, you can use various apps (or MFP itself) to estimate the calories, and log it under "Cardiovascular Exercise" in your MFP diary.
