    About 60 minutes and 450 calories (only 3 days this week). I know it isn't much but this is the 1st week in like ...... a month that I have worked out at all, so I am super proud of myself!!

    Haven't done today's workout yet though, so add roughly another 100 minutes and 1100 calories (such is life in marathon training)

    well about 300 minutes. I don't add my weight lifting to my workouts.... I do those 3 times a week. I had read that you should eat back about 1/2 your exercise calories.... and so I stopped adding in my circuit/weight calories on those days... which is only about 90 minutes a week. SO I figure its less than half of what I do..

    240 this week. 3 hours of weights, 1 hour of cardio. I don't do the calories generally.

    My new goal (as of two days ago) is 300 minutes-- 3 hours of weights, 1 hr of cardio, 1 hr of pilates.
