    Hi, and welcome to MFP (or is it welcome back, in your case?😉). I'm older, myself (65!) but now maintaining weight after losing with MFP.

    Have you decided on some strategies for your path toward improved health with MFP?

    Hi Mickey! Welcome back. Sometimes us serial "starters" have to look at what went wrong in the past, or what derailed us, to keep that from happening again.

    Do you have a plan in place or what goals do you have?
