Anyone else doing Tone It Up?

Hey there, I’m tracking calories here and utilizing the at-home workouts/meal plan from Tone It Up. They have lots of different meals to choose from that are focused on less gluten, less dairy and more wholesome, plant-based foods (which is good for my hypothyroid).

I’m not evangelical with it or anything, but I do try to choose 1 thing from breakfast, lunch and snacks to meal prep for the week to keep me on track.

I love their workouts too because they offer such a wide range. I have a meniscus tear that I’m getting surgery on in a few weeks and they offer plenty of low-impact exercises!

Is anyone else doing TIU? I would love the support and to reciprocate that support!
