The right diet

I am 170 cm, 69 kg, 23 years old and I want to be 60 kg. My fitness pal started me with 1200 calories but I used to eat less that that which worked but made me really weak so I started consuming the entire 1200 calories which didn’t work and I still felt weak as if my body hit a plateau. I should point out that I work out three time per week burning around 650 calories per work out and I don’t eat those back. and that I have a cheat day once weakly which I don’t intend on giving up , it is a family thing , But it isn’t extreme. I want to know what are the right calories I should eat to feel healthy and still lose weight.

MyFitnessPal put you on 1200 (plus exercise calories) because of the choices you made when you did your goal set up.
Don't put in the fastest rate of weight loss when you don't have much weight to lose and you won't have such a paltry and miserable food allowance.
Do eat back a sensible estimate of your exercise calories just like you will have to do when/if you get to goal weight.
Whether 650 is reasonable depends on the type and duration of your exercise.
That you are feeling weak is a sign you are currently doing it wrong and not using the tool as designed.
You can accomodate a bigger eating day if you view your calories as a weekly allowance rather than feel you are somehow cheating by eating a bit more.2 -

With less than 20 pounds to lose, do set your weekly weight loss goal to a half pound per week.
Unlike other sites which use TDEE calculators, MFP uses the NEAT method (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis), and as such this system is designed for exercise calories to be eaten back. However, many consider the burns given by MFP to be inflated for them and only eat a percentage, such as 50%, back. Others, however, are able to lose weight while eating 100% of their exercise calories.
What are you doing and for how long are you doing it to burn those 650 calories?2
