Activity Level Question

If I run 3-6 miles 3xs a week, do a 30-60 min hiit workout 2xs a week, do total body strength training (45-60 min low weights) 2xs a week, and 30 min targeted strength training (low weight) 3xs a weeks, what is my activity level setting

    Your activity level should be selected on how active you are NOT including intentional exercise

    Here's the Help article about how calorie goals are calculated. You may have to do some adjusting.

    Set your goal, log your food, in 4-6 weeks adjust if your results aren't what they should be. There's no one here who can answer your question accurately, but you can run the same experiment we all had to run to establish our personal calorie needs.

    Nothing you have mentioned is anything to do with your activity setting - you have listed exercises which are completely separate from activity.

    What is your job? How active are you outside of your job?

    MFP is a NEAT method calculator...meaning your activity level is based on your day to day hum drum. Exercise is logged after the fact and you get additional calories to account for that additional activity. This is why MFP's descriptors make no mention of intentional exercise.
