Been a longtime MFP member. Had lots of success many times, but always fall off. I need to figure out a way to make this a lifestyle, not a DIET. Looking for friends so we can help each other. Feel free to add me.

IMHO, the way to make it a lifestyle and not a diet is to go slow and make small sustainable changes.
Don’t overhaul everything Day 1. Commit to one small change. It could be making sure dinner includes a vegetable, or taking a 10 minute walk, or cutting one caloric drink out of your day. Work that one change until it is part of your everyday lifestyle. Then work in another small change. Rinse and repeat.0
