I had fairly similar short(ish)-lived success, also 37, same numbers 250 down to 198 in 2017, kept it off for 18 months and then lapsed back into bad habits and binge-eating after a lot of work stress, now up to 265, but have continued logging in throughout all of it. Now at least I have the knowledge that I can do it and I'm a lot fitter at this weight than I was the last time I was seeking to lose weight.

Glad that you're back, what type of plan are you following to help you reach your goals? And I hear ya on the bones thing, I swear my knees snap, crackle and pop more than my cereal!!0
