Apple Watch - Premium Account - Quick Add feature not working correctly on MFP app on Watch

Hello MFP community, can you share how to make the MFP app on Watch work. I want to use Quick Add feature. It just is not getting fixed. Tried installing-reinstalling-restarting on iPhone and watch etc., Nothing to avail. Even upgraded to premium account and it still is not showing. What is the issue. Can anyone suggest.
