Fitness can make all the difference

I know a friend who is basically my idol/inspiration for fitness, she doesn't have THE perfect body but she is very athletic and fit. She eats decently healthy but eats as much as she wants. Probably the most surprising thing though, is that she is 10 pounds heavier than me and maybe only 1 inch taller than me. That's when I realized that wow, you really do just need a live a decently healthy lifestyle and the physical attributes will come in time. This friend really gives me motivation to be fit and healthy. Not only that, but she has a great personality and is very smart, which I think a healthy lifestyle can contribute to.

So please excuse me while I go live my life and make my body be happy and healthy.
