Howdy everyone. I've posted a few times around but never properly introduced, as I didn't know quite how to say hi.
I can stay basic, I suppose. My name is Ariel, I'm 21, engaged, and currently in a weight loss battle to lose my excess weight. I began at 256 last year in August, and I was at about 215-220 by December. After that I got into a rut and lost all motivation . I did stay at the weight I lost, fortunately, and just now I have regained my motivation. Ironically, I began just 3 days before when I started the previous year!
My ultimate goal is at be at 140 or so, depending at how my muscle mass turns out to be. I'm not wanting to be ripped to all-high, just toned and confident. My short term goal for now is to be around 200 pounds on the 11th of October, my birthday. My second goal after that is to lose 15-20 more pounds after that in time for Christmas. Ultimately I'm hoping to finish losing my 80 pounds in 10-12 months.
I hope to have a few motivational buddies as I scurry upon the trail, and hope they can steer me back on if I ever slip onto the grass. Take care everyone, and stay positive!
