18 year old wanting to bulk up!

Hi everyone!
Im 18 and I'm quite tired of practically flying away when the wind blows too hard!

I have noticed that I eat way too little and am trying to reach 2050 calories a day. Along with that I'd like to do some exercises but I haven't really a clue where to start.
I've got a few weights plus a big bar at home but quite honestly I've not touched them because I'm simply too weak to even lift the bar on its own.

Anyone got some tips?

    Can you give more detail on equipment available?

    2 dumbbells with 4 weights of 2 and one barbell with 4 of 5.
