Hello! I had BED now overcome the mental side of it. Now just overeating so I'm on a mission to eat better. If my children can do it, I can!

I was 262lbs now 242.

    Congratulations on losing 20 pounds so far. That's a great start to a healthier you. When you say "eat better" what does that look like to you?

    Hi, and welcome!

    It’s really simple. Weigh and log your foods. Calories in should be less than calories out. It’s simple. Just like burning gas in your car.

    You can “earn” some calories back with exercise, but while exercise is even better for the health benefits, if you adhere to CICO, you still lose weight. That’s calories In/Calories Out. You’ll see CICO discussed all over these forums.

    Btw the forums are a fantastic resource. Read and absorb! And ask questions about anything. People will always pile on to help.
