Has anyone tried meal scan on premium? Does it really work??

Idk because it's only on iOS, which really makes me lose confidence in mfp. Grinds my gears when android users get the stick.2

I've been really curious about this feature, as the recipe importer does such an abysmal job matching ingredients. (I only use the recipe importer for the link to the recipe and the thumbnail, and am prepared for 100% of the "matches" to be wrong and need to be replaced.)
I don't have premium myself, and wouldn't until they did something about the glitchy, cluttered database, which is shared with the free version.2
