I am retired from professional nursing after 50 years+ . I love to garden, walk, be in nature. In the past year and a half I have gained a lot of weight. I have been counting calories, keto etc. and the pounds are stuck. Hoping to figure the right eating plan for me that includes me NOT cooking, which I detest.

Welcome on in.
How have you been counting calories? MFP is a great tool for that. Very simple and painless. The hard part is making sure you are measuring correctly and logging EVERYTHING.
If you don't want to cook, you're limited to lots of raw vegetables, which isn't a bad thing, and pre-made foods, which can be a real challenge. Not only are they often full of calories and sodium, they are expensive. What have you been eating lately?0
