Sudden Instant Cardio Improvement

Something strange happened today.
I can't usually run 2-3 mins before being unable to breathe and wanting to fall over. This has ALWAYS been the case regardless of age, I get worn out quick.
But earlier I run 25 mins non stop, barely out of breathe, hardly sweating, hadn't had caffeine for 6 hours plus.
I have no idea what's changed AND I felt I could go again.
So I did, 5 mins later I went again and did another 15 mins even faster, not tired, not out of breathe. Absolutely mystery.
Off and 2 minutes later, heart rate back to normal levels according to fitbit.
No idea other than cold exposure (5 min cold shower daily for 2 weeks) what could induce such difference overnight pretty much. Could this be test jumping up? BAT? Released ATP or some other process? Regardless long may it continue.
Please feel free to add me, just getting more into the MFP life again (57 days in and 6kg down so far)

Maybe being 6kg lighter helped?6

Google aerobic threshold.
You have likely raised it.
What used to be anaerobic is now anerobic.

No doubt a little but I have been another 7kg lighter before and still not have the same results previously.0 -
could have to do with the aerobic threshold, or it could be a random day where you can just do more. a couple of days and you should be able to determine which it is.1
