Hey I'm Donna, used mfp once before but never really got the hang of it.
Sick of yo yo dieting and just want to be happy and healthy.
Giving calorie counting ago and I'm really enjoying it and thinking this is for me!!

Welcome back! To get the hang of it, just start logging what you are currently eating. Be honest with yourself. As you go along, you'll start to identify foods that aren't working for you and can replace them with other foods that will help you toward your goal. No one starts out perfect, it's a learning process. Don't get frustrated!
