So past couple days I've been spending time experimenting with baking, found a old family recipe for some fibrous sourdough bread ^_^ Its delicious however, I've managed to hit some serious fiber intake up to 75g! Anywhoosers, lots of salt and fiber equates to a bloated and discouraged me... How long should it take for me body to return to normal eh?

75g?! Good god, have fun with that one.

The only way to get rid of bloating (that I know of) is, erm, lettin' it all out. That, and drinking plenty of water to get rid of that salt. I'm guessing the "normal" status will return in a day or two.

True, drink water...I would almost even think it may be 3 days.

When I started increasing my fiber content, I had the same problem. My dietician recommended taking probiotics and I've never stopped taking them. I'm not sure that would help you now, though...
