Getting healthy

Hi folks, I’m new here.
I’m post-surgery hypothyroid and my body tends to drop weight (read: cannibalizes my muscle) any time my eating habits aren’t exactly on point, which they aren’t any time I’m stressed (thank you 2020).
I’m 27 and finding that with low muscle mass comes more aches and pains so I’m trying to change my habits, put on healthy weight, and build muscle to protect my bones and maybe make me feel my age :P wish me luck!

Hihi! Sounds like a nutritionist can help you along. Have you one on your healthcare team yet?
What else can MFPers like me do to be helpful to you along the way?0
