Lupini beans

I recently found lupini beans - protein and fiber source. I'm seeing divergent nutrition information and don't know who to listen to.
I would assume beans don't differ according to where they're grown that much. Wikipedia indicates they don't have starch. If that's the case why do some products have such a high non-fiber constituent?
