Mom of 2 trying to get back into it!

I’ve been using MFP on and off the past 4 years while making and growing babies :)

My youngest just turned one, and it’s been a struggle getting back into fitness without my gym (closed due to COVID). I live in a cold climate, so it’s also hard to get outside some days when it’s below 20 degrees!

But...no more excuses. I’m starting with a focus on cleaner eating and portion control and fitness routines that work inside in a small space. Would love to connect with others and exchange easy recipes, little fitness tips, etc. My goal is to lose about 10-15 lbs of baby weight and feel good in my clothes again!

    Welcome back! What plans are you making to reach your goals?

    You don’t have to exercise to lose weight. It’s all about maintaining a calorie deficit. So tighten up in the kitchen, and let any exercise you can squeeze in be a bonus.
