I’ve been using MFP on and off the past 4 years while making and growing babies
My youngest just turned one, and it’s been a struggle getting back into fitness without my gym (closed due to COVID). I live in a cold climate, so it’s also hard to get outside some days when it’s below 20 degrees!
But...no more excuses. I’m starting with a focus on cleaner eating and portion control and fitness routines that work inside in a small space. Would love to connect with others and exchange easy recipes, little fitness tips, etc. My goal is to lose about 10-15 lbs of baby weight and feel good in my clothes again!
