That moment when go through the tag agency drive thru and the lady that you haven't seen in about 5 years (and I was probably about 85 lbs heavier) takes your envelope.. comes back to the window after reading your name and says "Oh My Gosh, I did not recognize you... you have lost so much weight, you look like a different person"....
