Weight loss &better health

Hi guys I'm B I have used my fitness pal before. Didnt really take much notice and did loose. I know have further help issues and need to be careful on what I eat. Trying 100% this time. Got to keep my carbs and proteins in a 1 to 2 sequence. Any ideas on foods that contain both but are good to eat.

    I don't know your exact situation on food limitations, so not sure I have any advice to give on that. Has your doctor given you any direction on that?

    What does “carbs and protein in a 1 to 2 sequence” mean? What is it supposed to do? Where did you get this method from?
