Need Some Help

Hi so Im new to this whole process so I need some help. I'm 180 cm and 116 kg. Im trying to understand the whole system. I want to lose between 1.5 and 2 kg's a week. So my questions are:

1) How many calories should I be intaking a day as it says 2090 calories is my limit? Is this a bit high? If so how many should I be?

2) In order to lose the weight I want to, how much should my net calories be?

3) Can anyone suggest any cardio activities that burn a large number of calories (E.g biking, treadmill, cross trainer or rower)
