This is my first week, trying to loss quarantine weight. Trying something new and enjoying it so far. I'm getting really into meal prepping haha. I'm interested in sharing thoughts and ideas 😊

    Most of us are in the same boat with that quarantine weight. I'm afraid for when my job is finally back in the office lol! MFP is an amazing tool to keep you accountable; I previously lost about 90lbs while utilizing the crap out of it. I'm hoping for that type of success again because I fell way off that wagon.     Welcome to the community. This site was very essential to my success, albeit I have fallen but with my friends help I have been able to keep from falling to far back.
