Breaking up with sugar?

For various reasons, I've decided that I would like to greatly reduce and even eliminate added sugar from my diet. I believe my biggest challenge will be the teaspoon of sugar I add to my hot tea each day. I've tried stevia but haven't really cared for the taste. Does the taste of stevia "grow" on you after a while? Has anyone successfully eliminated sugar from their diet? If so, how long did it take? Do you have any tips you'd like to share? Thanks so much for any ideas!! I appreciate it!

Try Splenda instead. I don’t like stevia either.

Try Stevia in the Raw brand, it's less bitter than other brands

There are good sugar substitutes out there. Personally I couldn't do it and be happy. So I learned how to consume in moderation and be responsible for the calories I intake. I eat ice cream everyday.

Thanks so much for the suggestions! I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who is stevia challenged!
