    Need some motivation pals on here! Keep slipping up once or twice a week and my housemate who is also trying to lose weight is rubbish at encouragement to be healthy! Hungover days are my worst! Feel free to add I have been pretty goodish with logging in and aim to gym for an hour 3 to 4 times a week but just need people in the same boat so we can push and encourage eachother! Would be amazing to see proper results!
    I'm 5 foot 3 and my starting weight is 137. Goal is to drop 15lb to 123lb!
