How to Lose Weight or Build Muscle

The key to weight loss or muscle growth is calories. A good workout program or Diet Program is built around calories. While calories are not the only thing, they are definitely the main thing. After calories come activities. The core theory of weight loss is to eat less and move more. The core theory of muscle growth is to eat more and progressively move more. Everything else is to support these theories. Thoughts?
