Frame size

So if I go by the wrist measurement thing and my height, I am considered a small frame. However I have noticed that I naturally have broader shoulders and back than other people my age. (I don't carry weight in those parts of my body) My shoulders are even wider than my hips. The reason why I want to know my frame size is so I can get a general idea of what weight I should aim for. I don't think I have a large frame but I also don't think the wrist calculation is always correct. Sure, My wrists are tiny but the rest of my bone structure isn't. Are there any calculators that go by anything other than wrist measurements?
