Welcome back! What lifestyle changes are you implementing? What are some of your goals?
I find the Challenges section helpful for motivation, as there are many short-term challenges that can help you set goals and stay accountable. This one seems very popular. They set small goals and track over a 10-day period and then start a fresh after 10 days:
