Weight loss

Hi everyone, I'm Violet and 57 years old. My weight has been like a yo-yo all my life. I don't want to get to 60 still fat lol. I have trouble with my back and can't do as much as I used exercise wise.

    I'm 59 and spent most of my life on the yo-yo, too. Turn 60 this summer, and right now on track to do so at a more or less "normal" weight.

    The yo-yo is real for sure!!! And being limited in exercise is just fine, you can still hit your goals. It really is more about food choices than exercise. If you can at least do some walking, that is probably all that you need.
