Can someone help me? Do I have to eat the whole amount of daily calories plus any earned through exercise?

No stay with in your healthy limit of what you need to survive and train. I train and have 1.500 earned calories but I stay with in my daily 1.500 calories for weight loss and 2,000 calories for maintaining.0

You don't HAVE to but why wouldn't you if you could still lose weight doing so?0 -
Why would you choose a tool and then not at least trial using the tool as it was designed?
If you used a TDEE calculator or a fitness tracker you would also be taking your exercise calories into account - just like MyFitnessPal does in a slightly different way.
Your body counts them and when you get to goal weight and want to maintain what will you do then?0
