Plank Challenge and Booty “Call” 🍑

Ok, decided to start a plank challenge today starting at 60 seconds each day with the goal to be able to plank up to 3 min by end of year. Adding 10 seconds a week is the plan.

As for booty, guess I’ll add 60 second wall squats each day with a goal of lasting 3 minutes by end of the year!

I will allow for the end of each day to be my deadline although I hear mornings to knock this out is best - insights and suggestions or challenge changes welcome!
