Not New but ReNewed

I have been away from myfitnesspal for a while, but have returned to work on my health. As a newly retired person, I am working to establish a healthy exercise schedule and better eating habits. I struggle with weight loss and though I eat very little in calories, my body has maintained my current weight for over 11 years. I recently began using the Grow Young Fitness exercise video program and have found it easy to commit to and use. I wonder if anyone else here has seen success in their 60s with moving the metabolism buttons. I look forward to hearing from others who may have some of the same issues and want to be healthy in the future years.

Welcome back! Exercise is great, but weight loss comes down to calorie intake. What’s your plan on the diet side of things?1
