The hardest part of eating alkaline is finding foods, any suggestions? All I have near me in Arizona is Sprouts, Safeway, Kroger and Walmart

Not an expert, but isn't the diet just eating most fruits and vegetables, seeds/nuts, and legumes, including soy? Any grocery store should be able to handle that.

(While I'm not sure what your goal is for eating this way, there's little evidence that the alkaline diet will do anything specific to help individuals).

"Akaline Diets" are bogus. As mentioned above, you DO NOT change the pH balance of your body just because you eat acidic foods. Here's some info: the hydrochloric acid in your stomach is more acidic than anything you consume.
So don't fall for the gimmicky "gurus" who sell you that crap.
