I need help please

Hi. I’ve linked my Fitbit Inspire to MyFitnessPal but it won’t sync my steps. I did 5620 steps today & MyFitnessPal says, in the exercise area, zero steps & 23 calories. Could do with a bit of help please

    Have you noticed that there's a pretty active Fitbit group in MFP? It has lots of MFP/Fitbit old hands who participate, so I'm betting someone over there can help. Here's a direct link to the group:
