Hi, I am a 21 year old female. As of tomorrow I want to take better care of my body and reach my goal weight by my Dubai holiday in July!

What's your current weight and what's your goal weight? That might help us offer suggestions on where to start. You'll take a different approach if you have just a few pounds to lose vs. needing to lose a substantial amount of weight. What does "take better care of my body" mean to you?
