Hello!
Tomorrow morning will be my first time exercising after the pandemic! I know it will be hard but i have to do it, I’ve let myself go!
I am aiming to lose a bit of weight (5-8kg) and then build muscle!

Hi! I’d love to be your accountability buddy. I’m in a similar situation here. Gained a good twenty pounds (9kg) during the pandemic. I just started eating healthier and exercising about two weeks ago.

I signed up for myfitnesspal yesterday and am still learning my way around. I am also looking for accountability. I have 16lbs to lose to hit my first target. Anne - thank you for posting those direct link, I'm going to check out those challenges.1
