Hey I'm here with you. I lost 50 lbs 8 years ago and then slowly gained it all. Back on here to drop back down again. Not the 50 lbs but 30.0

Good on you for getting back into it to "tune up."
I have found those last few pounds to be the hardest. What strategies are you planning to make sure you succeed and then not gain 'em back in a few years. A pound or two per year for 30 years is how I started. I don't want to go back to that EVER.1 -
Great to have you back! First step is to get back on the wagon. Good luck!1

My main strategy is to use myfitnesspal to track how much food I take in daily. Also, 30 minutes of exercise minimum of 3 days a week. I have found I eat healthy enough but I don't know when to stop without tracking. I have stayed on the wagon 5 days this time so far.1

I completely understand! I have such a busy life that its easier to just eat on the go. But been back doing this for a month now..and it gets to be a routine. Feel free to add if you'd like0
