Questions about KETO plateau.

I did so well on KETO. I lost 54 lbs in six months...and that's with a knee injury that kept me from walking daily. Then a little over a year ago I leveled off and the scale wouldn't budge for months. I gained a little back but that's gone now that I've checked every label in my pantry to find any hidden sugar. I'm about halfway to what I consider a healthy weight and need to break through this. Hey wait! If I was able to lose the little bit that I gained, even through the holidays, maybe I just have to be patient and keep at it. Any thoughts?

Need more info. How much more do want to lose? Do you exercise? How do you calculate your calorie burns? Do you count calories? Do you use a food scale to weigh all food? Have taken a break from dieting? 54 pounds is an amazing loss so far. Congrats.0
