Is there a setting to shut off calorie adjustment for exercise?

Just checking you do understand that exercise calories aren't taken into account when your daily calorie goal is calculated?

In the paid (Premium) version you can turn off exercise calorie adjustment but that's really for people who calculate their TDEE (total daily energy expenditure). That total includes an average of your anticipated exercise to give a same every day goal instead of the usual MyFitnessPal variable daily goal in line with exercise.

Why do you want to shut it off?

You could create your own Exercise entry and just adjust the calories to zero or one.

Just because they show up doesn't mean you have to eat them.
