Coming back has been hard. I need to loose 20 lbs! Looking for motivators!

Hey. Good luck! You can do this. I need to loose 10 pounds. I started 3 weeks ago and I have lost 3 pounds.

I also have 20 pounds to lose. I started working out again 2 weeks ago. I have a friend who texts me her workout everyday and I do the same. It's been keeping us both accountable.
Come on! We can do it.
and remember, it's not motivation, but discipline that keeps us going. At some point, motivation wanes, but if we have the discipline, it's non-negotiable.0 -
