This app doesn't show any calorie credit for strength training. It shows for cardio exercise. Anyone know why?

I’m not sure why exactly, but that’s the way the app is setup.

Because the strength part is purely a journal or note book with no calorie functionality.

You can log your strength training in the cardio section of the exercise diary though for a perfectly reasonable estimate - enter the complete duratioin of your workout as significant rests between sets are assumed.

    Search for "strength training".

Really?! :o Since I started doing strength training (about 5 months ago), I was subtracting the time between sets. You just made my day, thanks. :)
