Hi name is Laura, I live in Orange County, CA
I was sleeved on 2/10/2020

I am 5'1
Start weight 283 size 22-24 pants/3XL shirts

Current weight 193 Size 14 Pants (I have a big butt) / Large shirts.

I hit my rock bottom was when I got rushed to the ER with from my doctors office with my BP 238/164 with swollen purple feet and resting heart rate of 128. I got placed on my 3rd blood pressure medication. I had constant back pain, I slept 12 hours a day and was out of breath just walking to the bathroom.

I had big plans to join the gym after I was cleared but of course we were in a pandemic so I have not worked out much at all. My weight loss slowed in November. Enjoyed myself in December and began Keto mid January and the scale is moving again. I'm hoping to get down to 150 at some point this year. I'm ok if it takes all year:)
